The Zambians in the South West of England (ZISWA) is an association of Zambians living in the South West Region of England. The Association’s main aim to promote the general welfare of its members by creating, coordinating, fostering, directing and implementing all activities of common interest as shall be agreed from time to time among members. The organization’s headquarters are in Swindon. The association was formed in 2008 and has been run on a voluntary basis since then. So far the organization has organized Zambia’s independence celebrations, Christmas parties and family fun days. In 2009, the association hosted Zambia’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom on the occasion of Passport renewals.
